Root Is it possible to disable vibrate on startup/shutdown?

My phone is rooted running CM 7.1

Is it possible to disable vibrate on startup/shutdown? Note that I am not talking about boot animation and "Droooid" sound - I already got rid of these.

I don't believe there is a way. Actually the vibration can be a good thing if something goes wrong with the screen, you'll know if the phone is turning on.
