Help Is it possible to have different ringtones for text and email alerts?

Hello,

New here...first post! Anyway, I just got my Warp a couple of days ago. So far, so good! My first android phone. I switched over from a Blackberry. On that phone, I could have one ringtone for my email notifications and another for my texts. Is that possible with the Warp? It doesn't seem like it.

Also, where is the best place to go for ringtones (sounds and songs). The Marketplace didn't have any...unless I somehow missed it.Thanks for any help with this.
 
If you set the notification from the app you can choose individual tones.

For email, go into the email app. Choose settings | your email address and you should see the option there. It is the same or similar for messaging.

BTW, when looking for help or a tip, it is better to use the "support" prefix. Tips is used by folks offering a tip. What happens is folks that know the solution skip your post because they already know how to do it. The only views you get are from people with the same question.

No need to apologize, I'm just passing on experience. All of us were new to these forums at some point.:D I'd just hate for you to get frustrated because no one is answering your questions.:)
 
I'd also recommend , using GO SMS Pro (free), you can change choose a seperate ringtone for any msg going through that app/ and or contact, while leaving your system default notification tone the same.

Yep Zedge and go sms pro is what i have and booth are great,about all you will need.
