Is it possible to take the launcher from a different phone and put it on another phone? or are the launchers device specific? not launchers from the play store like stock launchers

With all the launchers in the market trying to get the launcher from the optimus seems pointless. You have to have someone build it into a rom. I dont think you have tried out enough launchers from the market because there is a lot and most have an insane amount of customization
