After flashing Cynagon Mod is Safe to keep your Credit card info stored and your mobile banking?

Also Can I delete Cynagon Mod , HTC Bootloader, Radio, and GApps off my SD Card?

That depends on how you're storing it. Mobile banking isn't going to be any more or less secure than it was before. Just be smart about how you handle your information.

If you're referring to the flashable zips, you can delete them if you like. The system doesn't need them after they've been flashed. You might want to keep at least the CM zip, though, just in case you ever need to reflash it in a hurry. It's usually the easiest way to fix something you may have broken.
