Help Is it safe?

Hey guys, I was wondering if it was safe to leave my phone on charge while sleeping at night?

It's almost impossible NOT to charge it while sleeping at night, if you want to have any battery life the next day.

right? LOL! I'm pretty much figure i'll be at about 10-15% battery life at the end of each day.
