Alright. I have been a Virgin Mobile Customer for at least 5 years now. I got the Intercept when it first came out, as well as the Triumph. My Intercept (while slow) was useable, and turned out to be a well rounded phone, and now that I think about it, I sorta miss it. The Triumph has been plagued with issues since day one, and while most of it was software, some has been hardware.
The Triumph has been out for about 6 months, and has yet been given a "software update." And at the same time, Virgin Mobile has yet to release any new device that is even comparable to the Triumph. Boost Mobile however, has had plenty of devices released in the same stretch of time. And on top of that, Straight Talk and Net10 are about to get the LG Optimus G2X.
My question is, what do you think? I know the Mobile World Conference is about a week away, and I know something should happen there... but in all honesty, does that excuse the fact that VM has in a way "dropped the ball" when it comes to its Android lineup?
