Is it true that metro pcs will get the htc desire?

No, I know nothing about android, currently I just have the Lg Optimus M and I love it and all but I just want to be able to play better games on my phone, and the lg restricts me from that. So I was excited when I heard that the desire was coming out. i.e - i don't care if it's an old phone, I just want something more powerful. And btw, metro usually brings old phones into their list , lol.

Desire is a definitely more powerful than Optimus M.
However, if gaming is important, I'd suggest to look also for Samsung Galaxy S.
It is 1 year old, but has a more powerful graphics for gaming, has better screen, and doesn't suffer from low internal storage.
