Is Motorola Atrix really 4g

I have a question about the Motorola Atrix 4G.
On this page it does not list 4g speeds. Only 2G and 3G.

For example on the galaxy 4 listed here

It states 4g on the page.

Is the Motorola Atrix 4G not really 4g?

It's HSPA+ which AT&T referred to as "4G". However, it's not LTE 4G as the S4 Mini is.
