Help Is my SD card broken or is an app just write protecting it

I have this MicroSDXC Team 64GB MicroSDXC Flash Card Model TUSDX64GUHS03 - Newegg.com. My card hasn't been copying files properly. I "successfully" copied videos onto my device according to my PC. Then when I checked the files weren't there and one of the videos I copied was only like 1% of the original file and was named mtptemp.mp4. I can copy files from the card but when I copy onto it'll appear but can't be read. And the free space right now is only 10GB. I also did not set up any type of encryption as far as I know.

I tried reformatting it using several ways. The simplest being unlocking the MIcroSDXC adapter and formatting using the formatter in Windows Explorer and Disk Management in Computer Management. I used the formatting tool from sdcard.org and it will show that the card is write protected. I also tried removing write protect with this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2u2ifAo8ng&index=2&list=FLwhpANt10FqBI-bD85c0C8g. Also tried that SD fix app and that says it's unnecessary.

and here's a list of my apps (I removed a lot of other apps which are unlikely to affect the protection of the card)

Now is my card broken or one of my apps is locking it up? Buying one isn't an option right now, a fix preferably please. I'm running 4.3 on AT&T Galaxy Note 3

Get a card reader (they're only a couple of bucks), connect the card to your computer and run h2testw on it. (It can't work if you just plug the phone into the computer.) You could have a counterfeit or defective card. If the card says it's 64GB, and the program says it's 2GB, it's a 2GB counterfeit (a 2GB memory chip with the controller programmed to say it's 64GB. As soon as you write more than 2GB to the card, it wipes. [Any numbers you get from a card like that - total space, free space, etc., are suspect, and probably wrong.])

The only fix if the card is counterfeit or bad is to have NewEgg replace it. (If you allow the phone to update to 4.4.2, you'll find another problem, since the security on the external card was increased. But on 4.3, any app should be able to write to any folder on the external app. And if the card is connected to the computer, all Android security is ignored.)

(Your best bet in the future is to buy SanDisk cards. They may not be the cheapest ones, but there are only 2 factories that produce the chips in the cards, and Samsung charges more for the same size and speed card - and Samsung has faster cards that Samsung at the moment if you're looking for speed. Also, if there's a problem with the card, SanDisk is a very easy company to work with.)

I filled up the card till free space is only 11GB so I don't think fake. Don't think fake products would make it on Newegg anyways because they got that google assurance. Says I should format the card before doing the test but that's why I'm here because I can't format it.
yeah I probably should've got myself a SanDisk. just wanted to save a few bucks at the moment that's why I went for this SD Card
