Is my sd card going bad?

Twice today when takin a picture the preview pane went black and the picture didn't take succesfully, when I power the droid down and back up it says there was a problem reading the card but then works fine again.

I just got my droid like three weeks ago.

Should I call verizon for a replacement card or could it be something else?

did u power it off pull the card and then put it back in sometimes u get weird problems if some dust is causing the card not to be 100% contact with the reader.

Try cleaning the contacts. Though if you keep having problems, try a different card. If that works fine, then you can pretty much narrow it down to the card dying.

I would backup all the information on it just in case either way though.

I removed and cleaned the contacts and it still did it. Always on the second picture.

I got ultimate droid and did the wipe and that seems to have fixed it. I was running bb before.
