I hit task killer all the time but when I pull it up minutes after killing apps they are all back running.how do you really close apps so they closed. Yahoo mesenger keeps opening and i have not had out open for weeks
Some apps continually open themselves up. Don't know the reason why, but they do.
For mine, AmazonMP3, Scanner Radio, and a few other apps CONSTANTLY open in Task Manager.
In my version of Task Manager, I am given an option to "autokill" app. Which prevents it from opening again which constantly happened to me. I also rooted my phone and deleted alot of these crapapps.
Many do not recommend deleting system apps or using the autokill feature though. Autokill seemed to stop apps for me that would open constantly.
Don't worry though, these apps take up very little space on your device's RAM or even on the internal memory. I know how you feel though, they're ugly to look at and seem like they are taking up lots of energy. For me, I don't see much of a difference in system run in terms of speed nor in battery performance.
EDIT: Autokill does not affect the app if you manually click the app. I have listed "Scanner Radio" in my list of "autokill apps" and yet, if I click it, it will pop up and run like normally. I suppose that autokilling the app will remove any recent data you were doing in it such as if you were on the web and you have two tabs opened and one was Facebook and the other Google and when you exited the app and came back immediately, those tabs would be gone and you'd start from Google or Facebook or your Home page.
