Help is that a normal battery usege?

I've noticed that when I restart the phone and let it load fully, I would lock it for 20 min and check the spare parts, it shows me that out of 20 min my phone was awake for only 1+ min. however when I start to fully use my phone and lock it and come back in 20 min spare parts shows me that half the time it was awake. is that a normal thing?

I disabled autosync and backround data usage, I am now testing for how long it will last me.
