Help Is the Samsung Galaxy A51 a good phone for average use???

Im just looking for a budget phone that takes great pictures while on the go. Other uses will be facebook, some youtube, listening to music, email, txting, and calling.

i have always trusted cnet's reviews for tech and they give the A51 pretty good marks.
