Is the white feminine?

Just wondering, this topic came up and do you guys think that the white ones i more for the ladies??
 
Yes, entirely. In fact, if you are using a white one and you are not a lady, then we take away your man card... ;)

Haha, seriously, I don't think it matters. The other choice is Pebble Blue, so not really a "manly" black, grey, or chrome choice anyways. So get the phone, get a hot pink case, and be secure about who you are. :D :rofl:

Haha actually this has nothing to do with me. I am getting the white one and getting a black/white case, I am fine with it and ready for it to ship already:D. Just a topic that came up last night when we were out drinking a little. The topic actually came up about the white Iphones. So I thought I would pose it to the users here.

My man card is in the post.
I'd originally ordered the blue but after it got delayed I switched to the white and i don't regret it one bit, it looks awesome. I guess I must be one very unattractive female:)

White with a black Casemate Barely There Case is very Classy, The white (I think) looks far more top end than the blue.
 
Yeah, if I were to get this, I would get white as well.

P.S. RamOG, I wasn't trying to make my post as personally addressed to you... Just goofing off in general. :p

I got kind of a white case with a black around the side. And yes I agree, I like the way the white looks way better than blue. Like Antinomy said, if it was Black I would have thought twice about getting the white, but White > Blue. Plus I have never had a white phone.

By the way, Can you link me to that case?

I know, thats why I liked it, I definitely laughed out loud. I just had to make it clear, I don't think its feminine and am ready for my white phone :) Cheers

Youre obviously not fine with it if you posted a thread about it. :p seriously this reminds me of macrumors apple fanbois care about looks. I got the white one because in pictures the blue looks cheaper to me. I guess we wont know until we see them either way I just hope it works exceptionally well
 
I think the white one looks very sleek and high end. It is what I will likely go with once I see both in person. With that said, I have a handful of friends who will line up to give me sh*t about getting a white phone because they are very much in belief a white phone is a feminine phone. Likely because so many females prefer the white iPhone. Granted I don't care about the razzing I'd get as that's what me and my buddies do....but I know there are plenty who exist who feel the white is feminine. FWIW.

Ha! That's what I'm talking about. Considering the two in particular that are anti-white are both rocking iphones. I watched a video in one of the other threads where a guy demonstrates what the S3 can do with a usb adapter to access external hard drives, use a playstation controller (which is native), the mhl adapter to play playstation games or access anything on your phone on your tv, etc. Mind Blown!!

I will most definitely getting white, unless the blue somehow looks better in person than it does on videos.
 
I have used white phone in the past. I think the one x in white is the only way to go. But this time I went with pebble blue. I wanted something different but if I don't like it I'll get the white one. I don't care what anyone thinks and personally I have never heard anyone say it is girly in person only on sites.
 
Personally, I think the white one is kind of feminine. It seems more like a fashion accessory in white. Anyways, I hate the white bezel, so I have a preorder in for the Pebble Blue, and I plan on putting a black cover on it anyways since they don't make a black GSIII. But it's all personal preferences, and I'm not going to think some guy is gay just because he has a white phone, it's jus not my flavor.
 
I'm getting Mine in the White with no case because I like to use my phone "RAW" LOL hate having something on it takes away the natural feeling of it......And yes I said it like that on purpose just to be perverted. But No the white looks much better than the blue I've had a black phone for so long I'm ready for a change.

Ha. The first thing a few friends of mine said when I showed them the white S3 was whether I would wear white high heels and carry a matching white purse to put the phone in :p
 
People around me said it was ....

but think about it computer were white they started coming out black....

phones were black and silver....now they come out in white...

White means your Updated lol

Its Very thin And Great Quality, The last one lasted 18 months on my DHD and still looked good.

Bought the HTC ONE X and bought the dark one. However, i bought a white Speck case for it not thinking and to date no one has mentioned the color. I really don't think the color is a fem issue at all :)
