Root is there a bloatware update

i could not find an update on what bloatware is safe to uninstall if anyone could help out im on the boost mobile version it would be really appreciated :)

Any of the play apps (although I would leave play services), mobile Id, anything mobile id installed, scout, maps, Google+, Google search. You could remove Google TTS but I've run into problems with gps saying street names when I removed it before, even after reinstalling from the play store.

Basically, I've only removed stuff that could be reinstalled from the play store. Anything else that I don't use I've just frozen.

That was my assumption. I've never tried to uninstall that, or freeze it even. I can post a list of what I have frozen, if you'd like.

Ultimate Backup and SD Maid can freeze apps. Titanium Backup is the classic option, and I think the free version can freeze.

I will post list asap.

Ok, apps I have frozen as follows:

Android Keyboard (AOSP)
App Updates
Browser
Camera
Clock Widget
DLNA
Email
Face Unlock
Favorite Contacts Widget
Home Theme - Bunny Fairy
LG Backup
LG Keyboard and all themes
LGSearchWidget Provider
LGSetupWizard (it's frozen, but I don't remember freezing it O.o)
Live Wallpaper Picker
Memo & Widget
Messaging
Multi-photo
NFC Service
QuickMemo
Smart Screen
SmartShare Push/Beam/Provider
Swype
Tags
Tasks
Voice Mate
Voicemail (the dialer shortcut, not the app)
Weather & Theme
zone-libentertainment

I'm on Boost, VM might have some different things. Also, after the last time I had to reflash the phone, it didn't setup quite right and never installed the Boost bloat like BoostZone (which can totally be uninstalled).

When you free an app does it free up memory or do you have to actually uninstall it? I prefer to freeze things in titanium backup rather than uninstall any system apps

Freeze means it will not run, at all, doesn't show up in the app drawer, etc. It is still on the phone and taking up storage space, but not RAM.

Thanks that's what I thought it was. I think I can make do with the ~4 GB internal with folder mount.. Just need enough to make the initial install and then move all the games to the external SD. (:
