Is there a emulator that lets you use the two analog sticks?

I haven't been able to use the sticks on any emulator I have used, only on the xperia enchanced games. =[

I'm pretty sure that the latest version of fpse allows use of the analog pads.

I just downloaded the latest verison of Fpse and it doesnt have the option to use the analog sticks
