Root Is there a flashable modem or baseband?

Is there a flashable modem or baseband for the Z970 for MetroPCS? For some reason I played around with the dialer code *#*#4636#*#* and now 4G LTE doesn't come up so much, and yes it is set on
LTE/GSM/WCDMA PRL, so I think reflashing the modem may help.

I have even tried flashing stock rom and ButterNoob, and settings I had changed to see if flashing stock rom will actually restore the settings, and it did not change them.

Also, is there an app the manually switch the band 12 to stay on or use?

for band 12 we are waiting for tmbile to release the update i dont think there and app to get ban 12
