The thread title suggests there is a new version of the market. There was a couple of weeks ago, 2.3.4 if anyone comes in here by accident.
perhaps if you could edit the title of the thread to be more fitting? Just double click to the right of the title on the main forum page and you can edit it there
In regards to your application query, no idea.
My market said there was an update to XDA app the other day and got the same message as you. When i searched for the app manually, it found a version, but it was pay for only.
Have you searched manually for your app?

The free version of the xda app got pulled soon after it was uploaded. Perhaps its the same for the op's?
The version of atrackdog that comes up when I search for it is 3.18. As SUroot says, the market is on 2.3.4. So neither app is near v5 - wasn't sure which app you were referring to.
