I switched from iPhone 5 to the note 2

With the iPhone I connected to iTunes an I could rearrange my icons an screens from my computer it just seemed faster then moving them on the phone

So is there a computer program for android that lows me to rearrange m icons screens an widgets from my computer?

unfortunately not that i'm aware of. it is really not that hard to get your phone setup though with android. you just have to figure out what you like and how you want the phone to look. if you want tips and suggestions on what kind of customizations that are out there to make your phone look unique then check out some threads in this forum:Android Themes - Android Forums

Unfortunately I'm not aware of such a program. iOS still has its iPod heritage, which is basically a portable iTunes accessory. Android is not really intended to be used that way. There are apps for syncing media (though I just copy stuff over usb), but I don't think I can help with this.

It's worth noting that the arrangement of icons or widgets is a feature of whichever launcher you are using, not a system setting, so a program which could do this would presumably only work with a particular launcher, which makes it less likely (with iOS there is only the one launcher, so this question doesn't arise).

Another thing to try is to check out the various launchers available for android, as some have slightly different behaviors for customizing the dock, icons & screens, some with more pleasing appearance than others.
