is there a rca cable for s3?

i know this sounds completely dated but I will ask anyway. Well I go on vacation to be with family but they don't have a tv in the room I will be staying in. I found my old eyeclops mini projector which I used to play my xbox on but now im curious if I can somehow get my s3 to connect to it to play Netflix and such. I spent a good couple hours looking up how I can

I found some videos but they are for different phones. and the only one for s3 is the mhl cable for hdmi. it wouldn't be a problem if this projector had that but it doesn't. So can anyone add any input to this unique situation?

I cant imagine how just a cable would be able to do that mate. As SU says, its digital to analogue.. some kind of "box" with its own power supply would be needed id have thought

yes i would think so also didnt mean to contradict SU but did a google for hdmi to rca and got a link for a cable so i dunno.

Sorry yes you can use external convertors for hdmi to composite or hdmi to component, but there is no analogue output on the s3. I was wrong to say it cannot be converted. What would be more accurate would be to say it's not a simple conversion. Composite rca is sd analogue. Component is analogue hd. HDMI is digital so you need an external processor to convert. They're around

hey guys sorry for the late response. but thank you all for your input. i figured it wouldnt be a easy thing to accomplish. if they had that lil hd tv i would just use the mhl cable and call it a day. but thats not the case, i dont think i can even use my old lg esteem and and a dvd player and find a way to play it off my projector.

If you can connect the XBox to the old eyeclops, you should be able to connect the S3 to the XBox. Take the XBox and eyeclops and should be set (I think).
