For those who like blacked out apps...

Download the ones you want, you can only use the signed ones because we don't have a recovery. The example will be for the calendar, download it.
Using your favorite root file manager, go to system>app and rename calendar.apk to calendar.apk.bak.
Reboot. Then install the calender that you downloaded as you would any other sideloaded app. That should do it.
So far I've used blacked out gmail, calendar, & facebook. There are many others but most of them I have disabled anyhow or do not use.
