Help Is there a way to change default calendar for easy mode

My boss recently discovered easy mode and loves it. The only problem is that when he turns it on anything he saves to the calendar saves locally and does not sync with his google calendar. Is there a way to change the default calendar that easy mode saves to?

I'm guessing this is a Samsung thing, because all of the search results I can find for "easy mode" are for Samsung phones.

But I've found one Google forum discussion which says you can turn off "easy settings" for individual apps, such as the calendar. That looks like it might solve your problem. It does seem silly that "easy mode" should disable calendar sync, but this is Samsung, and they do have funny ideas sometimes (I'll bet it doesn't disable any Samsung services though!).
