Root Is there a way to change notify bar icon colors?

Probably a stupid question, but is there a way to change the notification bar icon colors. I have rooted GB with the most recent APEX ROM and no custom theme.

All the icons are green and I would like them all to be white. Is there a way to change them without loading a completely different ROM or adding a custom theme?

This is probably the easiest. UOT Kitchen Use it to create your own theme. The icons up there are changed when flashing a custom theme.
