is there a way to eliminate screen timout when plugged in?

well i typed in the title and found this in similar threads (in another phones forum)

That is correct. It is so the phone screen won't sleep if your developing on it while it is hooked to the computer. Otherwise most people don't want their screen on while it is charging but not being used. YOu can also set the screen not to timeout under display unless you hit the power buttom to make it sleep.
