Root Is there a way to get text back after factory reset/clean flash?

What happened was that i did a dirty flash from Aokp 4.1 to 4.2 and i keep getting this
Andriod.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. I decided to do a clean flash and i was able to backup the apps i wanted but every time i tried to backup texts Andriod.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. So i could not backup the text. Is there anyway to get it back? I do have a file undelete on the phone.

Also if i get the Andriod.process.acore has stopped. How would i fix it??

Unless you can do a recovery of your deleted dats with a pc I wouldent even know where to begin and I dont know how to do that on the I ternal memory of a phone.

And to fix that you do just whst you did.

Dont do the big dirty (flash)

Clean flash every time, even when it is the exact same rom. To avoid issues.

And wipe just cache and dalvik cache before flashing kenels and app packs and playststion certificates ect ontop of a rom that has already been booted.
