Is there a way to have profiles?

I'm just wondering if it's possible to get profiles for this phone or do i need to download certain things? since i'm used to having 2 separate profiles for work and home but I cant seem to find such feature on this phone? unless it doesn't have any.

I'm almost 100% sure that the User Profiles was implemented starting Android 4.2+ You may find some app alternative.
