Root Is there a way to have working Wifi and the volume fix?

The only way I have heard of fixing the volume bug (low output on headphones/in car) is with the Umph kernel...which from my understanding breaks the Wifi. Any solutions?
 
That volume issue happens regardless of kernel or ROM. There is no total fix for it. You can pause the music for a few seconds and then resume it at the higher volume. The Umph Kernel (which hasn't been updated in quite a long time) doesn't break wifi as far as I know, but it doesn't fix that issue either.
 
I've never heard at a decent volume. Ever and I've tried stock, MIUI and Minimal :\ My deck in my car has a meter on the side showing how much signal they are getting at any given moment and they don't show anything on the Triumph and its super quiet. On the Droid X and iPhone 4 they light up and its loud as hell.

I have seriously never heard it at a good level, are there apps that interfere?
 
It works good for me on CM7. It would go quiet when a notification came in, but i disabled that in CM settings and now it works good
