Not without rooting.

check out the All Things Root subforum. Rooting is gaining superuser/root access to your phone. The equivalent of Administrator rights.

You can unroot if you need to make a warranty claim but rooting doesn't come without risk...

If you root, and upgrade to virtuous ROM. You will get the most up to date ROM with all bloat ware removed. The rom is a spitting image of sense ROM with a few good updates.

It does void your warranty and it is tricky to "unroot" but well worth it. As everyone waits for OTA's you will be swimming in new updates by smart developers!
