Help Is there an app that splits the screen to see two apps?

Are there any apps out there that will let you see two apps at once?

I think it would be helpful if I could view at least one other app, like, Pandora, when I'm using my GPS.

Samsung's galaxy s3, s4, note, ect lines have multiwindow, but an app isn't something that would be able to control that. It would have to be deeper integration with the OS
