I want to know if there is an app that tells you the real number of a restricted number call?

Most likely not going to happen. The caller id info is sent thru the phone lines and out thru the cell tower. If there is no info received then there is none to show on your phone for the app to read. Personally I do not answer restricted or unavailable lines and even have a message on my VM saying so.
