Not that I've ever seen. That kind of defeats the purpose of having the large screen. If you want that, you'd be better of with a phone that has a physical keyboard. That being said, you can quickly bring the keyboard up on any screen by pressing an holding the menu button. It's not of much use on the homescreen, though. It will come up, but pressing the keys outside of any apps won't really do anything.
