Root Is there root for fully OTA'd stock Rezound?

I'm planning on upgrading my Dinc2 and getting a used Rezound. I haven't picked up the phone yet, but I'm pretty sure the previous owner has done every OTA update offered from HTC/Verizon.

My question is, will a Rezound that has been fully OTA updated be able to be rooted or S-Off'd?

I don't want to get the phone if I can't root it. Would there be anything else keeping me from rooting the phone?

you can unlock with htcdev:

you can stay rooted and flash roms with s-on,htcdev unlocked if you want to:

Awesome! Can't wait to pick up my phone!!! After the research it looks the same if not better than the Dinc4g

the inc 4g has the newer s4 processor,but in every other way the rezound is superior IMO. bigger screen is nice
