Is There Such An App?

I know this has probably been asked before... but does anyone know whether there is any Android app available that can change your voice during a live phone call? All I need is to make my voice sound deeper. I have a voice that is very high for my age, so people sometimes take me far less seriously over the phone, and sometimes it can even be embarrassing. So, is there an app that can change my voice to that of a normal man? If not, does anyone have any tips on how I can make my voice sound deeper over the phone? Thanks for your help! :)

Oh, and as a completely unrelated side question: Is it possible for someone to figure out my real phone number from my Google Voice phone number? Recently I got a call from someone who I've only ever given my Google Voice number to, and usually when I get a call through Google Voice, the caller ID displays an incoming call from my Google Voice number, but this time the caller ID showed the other person's actual phone number. Were they able to get my real phone number somehow? Thanks for your help! :)
 
Not sure about the google voice issue.

The problem with voice changing apps is that they could, in theory, be used for illegitimate reasons (nuisance phone calls etc). I'm sure there would be something on Play though.
 
Is the condition hyperponea ar something?
I chat to a dude who has that so i could ask him but if im perfectly honest, a voice synth will probably sound bad and you wont be taken seriously.
I know me saying to learn to live with it wont help so ill ask the guy and maybe hook you up if thats ok?
