Is this a good deal?

I am thinking of getting the Incredible because my Fascinate is giving me problems with poor signal strength, GPS and call quality. The pictures look like the phone is in great condition. It comes with a 16GB microSD card and a Seidio protective case all for $325. Should I jump on it before someone else gets it?

I am just nervous because I am seeing a lot of people around these forums and in reviews that the Incredible also suffers from signal problems and call quality issues. Is this true? I have read about conditioning for the battery and I plan to do all of that if I do get the phone. If I have to I will get an extended battery.

So should I make the switch to the Incredible?

That seems about the going rate for Incredibles, maybe a little bit cheaper It's not a great deal, but it's not a good one. The 16 GB card with it is nice though. I *knock on wood* haven't had any problems (besides, well, you know .... battery) since day 1.

If the screen is in perfect condition, I'd say that's a pretty good deal. I mean, with tax, it'll cost you around $250 in the store (they tax the full price, not the $199) for just the phone. The case, although I hate Seidio (the company, not the case), is another $30 or so. And the SD card, depending on class, is anywhere from like $20-$60.

I've had my Incredible since two days before launch and I have never experienced any call quality or signal issues. It may be a problem affecting a few owners, but sounds like a lot more since only those with the problem voice their concerns. I know a number of people with Incredibles and not one has had call quality or signal strength issues. You might consider making a few test calls on it before forking over the cash.

Get a screen protector if there isn't one on it. I don't recommend Clarivue. I hear PhantomSkinz is excellent. I am going to apply mine soon.

You may consider an extended battery for $15 on ebay. BidAllies is the main seller we buy from around here. They sell a new 1500 mAh HTC OEM battery. The $50 Seidio 1750 mAh has been tested by numerous sources and found to only have a marginal increase, if any, over the 1500 OEM. You'll see increased battery life and no need to change the back cover.

Good luck! I love my Incredible and wouldn't trade it for any phone on the market today.

Very good deal. Keep in mind that if the phone gives you trouble you can call verizon for warranty repair.

I have an Incredible.. I'd be willing to work something out for a trade and cash.. I also have a case and the white back door.. brand new battery coming in the mail as we speak(stock) from verizon.. mint condition.. we can do it through verizon to check clean ESN numbers... when there is a will there is a way.

I am scared to buy from this person because of this ESN issue. He put it up on October 4th for $325. Two days later, he takes it off and lowers the price $25. There has the be a reason why he is in a hurry.

I don't know, I like the fascinate, I have all paperwork for everything, white back door, gel case rom verizon, verizon car charger, make an offer. I wasn't looking to sell it, but the fascinate it a nice phone.
