Unrevoked said rooting was finished and a success. But this is what my phone's screen looks like. I hit reboot and now im back inside hboot. I still have S-on so im going to flash the package to turn it off but i want to understand what this message means if anything or if i need to do something else.

what the heck does this mean

I flashed unrevoked forever and I know have S-off but im concerned about the above message. If anyone can help translate that i'd greatly appreciate it. Phone has booted up and seems fine

The error was from unrevoked not flashing unrevoked forever. Its an on going problem and flashing unrevoked forever manually is correct. You are good to go!
