Help Is this apps2sd method reliable?

Hey guys i have a question for u guys.

Anyone can vouch the credibility of this link. [TOOL] Enable APP2SD on Froyo 2.2 devices without the need for root permissions - xda-developers

I've been trying to find the best and safe method to move my apps without rooting and i need people to recommend me which method is better.

Someone please help coz i really need more space in my phone T.T
