Sometimes I get notification that I won prize. I get a green + on my notification. Is it bad that this is happening?

A app you installed is pushing ads to your phone. find out what app it is and then delete it.

I found out which app it was comming from and in the options it gave me a option to disable push ads. So I set that. Thanks for the help!
