I don't see why you wouldn't be able too. That's up to T-Mobile though, unless you get it unlocked.. then you can use it with any carrier you want.

I bought mine off of ebay and I use it for T-mobile prepaid. It works great.

I have not tried the $1.50 day pass for data yet. I plan to soon (before a trip) to ensure it works.
