Help Is this Possible with Emails

Hi guys, we have two desire s for our business, is ti possible to set up a draft or template that we can have a set message, then when we need to send it out all we have to do is change the name and date etc.

Example would be:

Dear Mr & Mrs blah, we would like to confirm your visit on blah balh date and blah time, and so on.

We need to send this message out several times a day every day, and right now it is becoming a pain the proverbial, it was dead easy with the Blackberry's we had.

My business partner set up a draft, but once he used it, it disappeared.

Hope fully there is a way or another application perhaps.

What application are you using?

The Gmail app allows you to save Drafts, is that what you are using?

Do you have Exchange based email? You should be able to set templates with Exchange based emails, ive done it before although it was with an Iphone. (i no longer have exchange email to test on my desire s though)

Hi sorry should have mentioned, we are using the app the phones come with, I guess this would be the default, they are POP based email accounts.
