Root Is this possible?

I am rooted and running a custom ROM. I love it. I want to flash the update.zip and stay rooted though. Is this possible from just my phone and SD card? I don't have a PC right now and therefore can't use cydia impactor. I just want to be completely stock yet keep root. So stock rooted is this possible?

Stock rooted is not only possible, it's common. Flashing a stock ROM from the SD card probably won't be possible. And you'll have to root after you install it. (Rooting isn't something you do to the phone hardware, it's in the firmware. Change the firmware and you have to root the new firmware.)

Yeah. I know it's possible. I have always been a stock rooted person as opposed to AOSP. I just was wondering if there was some way i could root from the sd card of my phone after i go back to stock. Because i don't have a pc right now.

I flashed the update.zip and returned to stock. Now I'm wondering if i can root without pc.

u might b able to use termal window and put the files neded for root i heard of it being done but not on this device look at play store

I was able to gain root back from an app called RootMaster. All from my phone

It's not in English but it definitely worked. Hit the "mulai root" option.
