Is this "solar-powered extended battery" legit?

So I was searching for extended batteries on Amazon and I saw this. It seems like it's real and would work, but seems like it's to cheap for that to be the case. Does anybody have this or know anything about it?

It's not an extended battery, it's an external battery. So you charge it in the sun, or by USB, then plug your phone into it. Price seems accurate to me.
