Before posting, I did happen to notice that a few people are complaining in other forums that they've done everything right and they're uninstalling it because they can't figure out how to get it working.

Then again, you are right, I don't know everything and I could be wrong.
Maybe they're just giving it away for free and are so broke they couldn't afford to update their web site.

I watched the video on their web site explaining how to use it. I wanted to drive knitting needles through my eyes to make the pain stop, but that's just me. It's the app that I think is lame.
