i just noticed....verizon advertises the Gnex on their site with having "the latest android operating system" does this mean we can sue verizon for False advertising?
Well, it is JB, so they could say you are on the "latest" OS, since 4.0 and 4.1 and 4.2 are all considered Jelly Bean.
I'd like to see someone sue them to make 'em take the NEXUS name off of the device, since it is not treated as such.
Unfortunately, both would be trivial at best...
