Is your Otterbox Commuter case outer shell stretched?

Was this case the case that is supposed to be the fixed one? Did it have the same numbers on the box as the other cases did?
OtterBox has said they have no release date or ETA for Revision B. There is only Revision A (the original) & all subsequent replacements will be Revision A. My case was initially not stretched, but with time the gap developed & was growing.

Ok, the OtterBox representative informed be the first batch of cases were bad. That the new batch of the current revision (A) is good, but we need to get replacements. He is sending me a replacement free in the mail (per the Warranty) and has assured me that it will fix the problem. If it doesn't, I will let you guys (and OtterBox) know.
Bad news everyone. As I expected, my replacement Commuter was also stretched out. The OtterBox representative informed me there is absolutely no ETA on Revision-B. I am sending both my OtterBox Cases in for a full refund thanks to OtterBox's amazing Customer Service. It looks like at this point, be happy with your loose Revision-A cases or find an alternative. :([/I]

So I was getting no Where e-mailing.
Dropped a complaint on twitter and heard back within an hour....CRAZY.
They sent me 2 new Commuter cases.
Black on Black and White on Pink...

OPening both up and doing a white rubber piece with a black Hard Shell looks AWESOME.....Very Storm Trooper! HAHAHA...

Behold...the power of social media!

My replacement was better but there was still a visible gap so bad that you could see through the gap between the case & the phone. I got my money back. It's unfortunate because I liked the case.

Mine is starting to get bad. I might do the same. Does anyone have any recommendations for different cases that are equivalent to this one?

I've been thinking about getting one myself. How is the kickstand?
It's nice. When not in use it's hardly noticeable & is held firmly to the case. It's not "wiggly" or loose. The case itself fits super-tight & actually accents the phone in my opinion. Also, the kickstand will hold the phone vertically as well as horizontally & even reverse-horizontally if you want to charge your phone while you view content or use the device. If I had one complaint it would be the case can be difficult to remove, but once you do it the first time it's pretty easy after that.

I think I'll have get me one now. I'm really trying not to get too many cases. I had about 14 for the O.G. EVO. I have 5 now for my 3D. I guess one more won't hurt. lol

I'm on my 3rd Commuter. I really like the case but that gap does start to bug me. I'm just grateful for terrific customer support

I'm on my second one. I brought it back to the Sprint store and the replaced it no questions asked however it is already stretched out again. Next time I go there I'm replacing it I think which is a shame since I really like this case.

Go to the Otterbox website & email customer service about your issue & the will send you a new rubber case

Have you read through the thread? There are a number of us who have gotten replacements from Otterbox already that are STILL stretched out. I'm about to be on my 3rd case and I do not have high hopes for it.

Has anyone taken it back to Sprint and asked for a refund a couple of months later?

I tried that today. No such luck, they wouldn't even give me store credit nor apply it as a credit to my bill. I explained to him that this would be my third case since June 24th and still no luck. All i got was another new case at no charge.

I emailed customer service for Otterbox tonight. I put a copy of it as a new post. Hopefully a mod will move it here since it is relevant to this thread.
