Is your Shack system down???

OMG I've been waiting in line for HOURS and the systems down. Sorry if this been posted...im on my Pre...but wow...computers are down!! Thers some sexy peeps in line though hehe I love to hear all these peeps talkin', like us on the forums!
 
waited for 40 mins for system to work. are u able to use the $10 coupon? the manager at my store was being a real douche about it and didnt give it to me
 
I purchased my phone at Radio Shack at 7:00am this morning, and I'm porting my numbers over. I was able to get in and out of the store with no problems, but now its 1:50pm and my lines have still not ported... Sprint Support told me there was a problem with the Sprint System and Radio Shack....
 
all the associates are making fun of Verizon and Apple to make us all laugh and pass the time..funny. But they keep trying to call this certain Sprint line and one employee has been on hold for more thab 45 mins!
 
I picked the smallest shack around my area to preorder from which was a wise move. Only 14 preorders for him. I got mine at 8:30 this morning. No waiting. The system was slow to activate, but I was in and out in 35 minutes. All was slick.
 
my $10 coupon didn't print out with a barcode so I heard it wouldn't work so I didn't bring it. Heh wow I'm an impatient Angeleno but all the people are so funny here...ive got my redbull and we're talkin' bout getting a bottle of vodka haha ;)
 
I got mine from RS at 7:30 and had not problems. I was not able to use the $10 coupon though because manager said something about not being able to sell the phones under $200. Whatever, I'm happy that I have the phone and it is absolutely amazing. Everything I hoped it would be.
 
happy u all got your phones.. my day turned after the manager treated me like an idiot and read ALOUD and POINTED to the coupon saying "phone orders excluded" with atleast 4 customers looking at me.. employees at the shack were great tho
 
just waited at the Shack for about 40 minutes but they told me their system was extremely slow so i had to come back to work. They will start the process later this afternoon and i will just go pick my 2 phones up once its over with.

sure was wanting to play with it this afternoon at work though.

I had my appt. at 7:30 at RS this morning. Everything went very smooth. I was in and out in 35 minutes after they ported my number from AT&T.

I got to work and about 15 minutes later I got the OTA update.

I had to wait at the Shack for over an hour for their system to cooperate....And yes their manager let me use the $10 coupon.
 
I got there at 8 and was out by 9 because of the slow system.
Also picked up the Zagg shield and a 4 gig card for my sons phone, 193.00 out the door.:eek:

You should have turned it right back around on that moron manager. It says "online and phone orders excluded," as in products ordered online or BY phone.
 
Yea it was a real cluster f**k earlier. Decided to schedule at 10:30 since i am a lazy bum and like to sleep in. Got there about 10:25 and left at 11:45. I was the only one there in the store since everyone came in early and they only got 8 units in. She said you may have to come back, I told her no I took the day off and I will wait. We had a good time talking back and forth but it was well worth the wait.

i did exactly that.. i said "why would they list specific items first like apple products gaming hd/sft, netbooks, gift cards then list online and phone orders exluded" i elaborated on the phone orders meaning ordering by phone.. he snapped and said its just a long list of items excluded u cant use it on phones
