Help Is your volume button sketchy??

I just recieved my Bionic in the mail today and the first thing I noticed was that the volume button is kind of loose, like it has room to move and rattle around in the housing a little. Is this normal?

I've noticed that the volume button doesnt work when the phone is up to your ear. You have to take the phone away, allow the screen to come on and then it will allow you to make volume adjustments...

Anyone else seen THAT?

It's a bit loose. I can move it a bit by pushing back and forth on it, but it doesn't move or make any noticeable rattling sound if I shake the phone.
