Help Issue in flashing TWRP

I have unlocked bootloader and flashed TWRP using ODIN on my Samsung A50 but then my OS was erased after flashing and only TWRP remained . I flashed a firmware then the TWRP was erased. tried again the same happened , any solution ?

Post the resulting text from the Odin display panel, that might reveal what the problem is.
Keep in mind when you re-flashed your A50 with its stock Samsung ROM, that also restores TWRP recovery with the stock Samsung Recovery.
So it sounds like you
-- Flashed TWRP. This replaced the stock Samsung Recovery, and you inadvertently wiped the installed Android OS while doing so. (Read through your flashing instructions carefully, and re-read them again. Be sure you don't enable functions in Odin that shouldn't be -- i.e. do NOT use Re-Partition unless you have a good, altered PIT file on hand.
-- Flashed your phone's ROM to restore the Android OS. This restores both the stock OS firmware and the stock Recovery.

If you still want to root your device, you'll need to re-flash TWRP. But again, pay attention to all those Odin function check boxes so that you don't wipe the OS again.

I swear I didn't touch any thing but AP and chose the twrp file and clicked start
Posting the text from the Odin utility log window would be helpful. It might reveal the source of the problem.

if you had twrp, you could have just flashed a custom rom and be fine. there were no reason why you had to flash a firmware update.

I tried and it failed, it stuck on the attached for a minute and reboot in a loop.

That Odin log posting indicates the PIT file needs to be restored:

<ID:0/021> Get PIT for mapping..

On Samsung phones the PIT file (Partition Information Table) is used to determine how the internal storage in your phone is set up. Your phone has various partitions where most are dedicated solely to the operating system. It's just a minuscule text file but has a vital purpose. When there's no PIT or its corrupted, you can't flash a ROM because the flashing utility, in your case Odin, has no place to actually start writing the firmware data onto. Without any partitions in the storage media, there's no place to write data.

Do you mean I flash the firmware t by Odin then flash twrp with pit file or flash the twrp with pit file then flash the Rom by the twrp? My current status is twrp with no OS

well in the instructions it says that you need to wipe ....Vendor, System, Data and both Caches

so i would make a nandroid backup and then try flashing the rom again wiping according to the instructions.

It is stuck on this, before it goes all through the installation then reboot like nothing happened now it is just stuck

So currently, your phone only has a working Recovery (TWRP) and with the partition table wiped there's no Android OS. You need to flash both the PIT file and the ROM. Both are necessary items -- with the partition table wiped, you need that PIT file, and without the PIT you need to flash the stock ROM to get a working Android OS on your phone again.
Focus on getting your phone is working again, and once that's all done, then look into flashing TWRP and rooting it again.
Be very mindful about all the settings and check boxes in the Odin utility.
