I am using the Call Recorder app (by Clever Mobile). Previously it was working and I can listen to call recordings I made in the past.
I made several calls today which were recorded. When I attempt to listen to the call, a message pops up saying "Sorry, the player does not support this type of audio file."
The file format is 3GPP. I have the option to switch to MPEG 4 through the app. I've made calls using both formats and I am still not able to play.
I have tried playing the calls using the Sound Player and Google Play Music with no success.
