Root Issue upgrading to 232

I am trying to upgrade to ICS 232 for the first time. Everything was going smoothly. But right now, it is stuck on "Upgrading Media Database" for the last 25 minutes. Any thoughts as to what to do?

How did you make out. Sometimes that takes awhile.
