Issue while playing music - help??

I like to listen to music I have stored on my DINC. I bought the MixZing music player. Problem is, after 10-15 minutes of playing music, other apps start coming on and interrupting and I can't shut 'em off. The main culpret is the voice dialer. The voice dialer starts up and won't quit!

It does this with the MixZing player and the droid player that was OEM on the unit. Other than rooting, which I did to my last phone and bricked it, what can I do to stop this?? Its really frustrating when I'm listening in the car, on my bike, and actually everythere.

yeah, it either times out, or I push the button so it won't run down the battery.

why?

Totally shooting in the dark thinking you might be pushing something on the screen to start those apps on accident.
hmmm...
Aside from finding a way to disable the voice dialer, or at least mess around with the settings on it all I can suggest is the Factory Reset.
